Planned work on fiber links 19.01.2011 and 20.01.2011

Work on fiber links will result in short duration interruptions on many ADSL, VDSL, SDSL links during the period of 19.01.2010-23:00 to 20.01.2010-04:00 and as well 20.01.2010-23:00 to 21.01.2010-04:00. We ask anyone experiencing problems after the work finishes to please reboot/restart their modems/routers.

Leysin expansion work

Leysin network will be unavailable for a short time today due to planned expansion work for the upcoming winter season.

Leysin center wifi node down

Leysin center node is down. This node is having problems for some

weeks. Remedial actions so far have not fixed the problem. A part of the

node is being replaced today. We expect this will resolve the problem.

WiFi hardware failure in Leysin / Probleme matériel à Leysin

There is currently an hardware problem on Leysin's WiFi network. Operation are in progress to fix the failure but are affected by snowy condition.

Il y a actuellement un problème matériel sur le réseau WiFi de Leysin. Les réparations sont en cours pour résoudre le problème mais sont affectées par les conditions météo.

FIXED Cell down in Anzere's WiFi coverage

A problem with a cell in the the WiFi coverage of Anzere was fixed as of today. No customer should have been affected.

FIXED, main server problem

In the night from 17th to 18th September, our main server was not fully working. Problem fixed at 8:30, 18. 9. 2008. Apologies on any inconvenience.

Bern city line

One of our Bern city line is in fault. Traffic has been automatically rerouted over other lines, thus no impact on customer at the moment. Traffic will be put back off-peak, once line problem fixed.
