2007-02-19 12:02 We are experiencing problem with reaching some sites in America,
some pages are slow due to DNS problems. Problem outside our network is
being resolved.
2007-02-12 12:02 We are working to fix routing problems in Zuerich caused by faulty
hardware. Locations in Zuerich area could notice problems with internet
connectivity. Fixed!
2007-01-29 11:01 Short connectivity interruption may occur in Mohnhaus location on 29.1.2007 after 14:00 due to planned HW maintenance.
2007-01-19 15:01 Hardware problem causing connectivity interrupts in Bern, Mohnhaus location.
2007-01-11 10:01 One of our router in ZH is experiencing minor hardware problem.
Connectivity should not be affected as backup router is in service.

Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass wir über die kommenden
Festtage (22. Dezember bis 2. Januar 2007), folgende Dienstleistungen
reduziert anbieten:
- unser Sales-Abteilung ist geschlossen. Wir verarbeiten neue
Bestellungen wieder ab dem 3. Januar
- unser Helpdesk ist zu den gewohnten Zeiten für Sie verfügbar und
hilft Ihnen bei der Lösung von Problemen. Die Implementierung von
Erweiterungen/Upgrades, usw. wird allerdings erst wieder nach dem 2.
Januar vorgenommen.

2006-11-14 16:11 Some networks connected via Sunrise are no longer reachable. Also
Cablecom users cannot see www.sunrise.ch and other services.
2006-11-02 17:11 We have experiencing some problem to reach different sites (eg.
support.microsoft.com), latency is observed outside of our network on
various paths. We are working on the problem.
