    We are experiencing problem with reaching some sites in America, some pages are slow due to DNS problems. Problem outside our network is being resolved.

    We are working to fix routing problems in Zuerich caused by faulty hardware. Locations in Zuerich area could notice problems with internet connectivity. Fixed!

Januar 2007), folgende Dienstleistungen reduziert anbieten: - unser Sales-Abteilung ist geschlossen. Wir verarbeiten neue Bestellungen wieder ab dem 3. Januar - unser Helpdesk ist zu den gewohnten Zeiten für Sie verfügbar und hilft Ihnen bei der Lösung von Problemen. Die Implementierung von Erweiterungen/Upgrades, usw. wird allerdings erst wieder nach dem 2. Januar vorgenommen.

    We have been informed by Swisscom, that on 12th December, from 6:00 till 17:00 several lines will be interrupted.

    One of the access links is currently down. Traffic is rerouted over backup links. Connectivity should not be impacted. Resolved - 19:50.

    Some networks connected via Sunrise are no longer reachable. Also Cablecom users cannot see www.sunrise.ch and other services.

    We have experiencing some problem to reach different sites (eg. support.microsoft.com), latency is observed outside of our network on various paths. We are working on the problem.
